For many readers, this report contains more information than you'll ever need to understand the major issues facing the Aspen area today, from housing to growth to transportation. Our executive summary will give you a good foundation to understand the various issues detailed in the report.
If you are interested in a particular chapter, please visit the chapter pages, located to the left.

For others, who are more deeply engaged in public policy matters, we hope this document answers most of your questions.  Because the document is quite large, we have divided it into a number of sections for easier download.
Over the next six months, this website will help guide you through a new kind of public process for the Aspen Area. The theme of this public process is "Direct Democracy," and the goal is generating a visionary document by tapping into the core values of a well-informed citizenry.
